Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using the hosted StatsAI dashboard, API, or related account features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the hosted service.

These terms apply to statsai.dev and the StatsAI hosted API. Use of the open-source CLI is subject to its software license in addition to these terms where applicable.

The service

StatsAI provides a private web dashboard for aggregating AI usage metadata across devices and accounts. The hosted service stores sanitized rollups and account data needed to display analytics, insights, and settings.

The service is under active development. Features, providers, pricing displays, and APIs may change without notice.

Accounts and device access

You are responsible for maintaining control of the accounts and devices you connect to StatsAI. You must sign in through supported authentication providers and authorize only devices you control.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and paired devices, including sync activity initiated by the CLI on your machines.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another user's account, devices, or synced data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, including by probing, scraping, or overloading the API.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or the terms of your AI tool providers.
• Do not misrepresent synced or displayed usage data as official provider billing.

Privacy

Your use of the hosted service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using StatsAI, you acknowledge that sanitized usage rollups and account metadata will be processed as described there.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Usage totals, cost estimates, streaks, project attribution, and other analytics are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, estimated, or delayed, and they do not replace provider dashboards, invoices, or accounting records.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatsAI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the hosted service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the hosted service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, will survive.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the hosted service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
